EL PASO, TX – Mitchell Moss, attorney and shareholder at the ScottHulse law firm, was the Program Co-Chair for the Texas Association of Defense Counsel (TADC) Winter Seminar, held January 21–25 in Beaver Creek, Colorado.
“This seminar was designed as a high-quality, continuing legal education program that promotes learning, enhances legal skills, and inspires high standards of practice for trial lawyers in the state of Texas,” said Moss, who also serves as TADC vice-president for West Texas.
TADC is an organization of Texas civil trial attorneys in private practice whose purpose is to bring together by association, communication and organization, Texas lawyers who devote a substantial amount of their professional time to the handling of litigated civil cases.
Moss, who is licensed in both Texas and New Mexico and co–chairs the ScottHulse litigation practice group, represents and advises clients on matters related to commercial litigation, labor and employment law, and insurance defense. Moss is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. A graduate of Texas Tech University School of Law, he is a frequent guest speaker at business and employment law–related seminars.
