EL PASO, TX – Mitchell Moss, an attorney and shareholder at the ScottHulse Law Firm, was officially elected by the National Board of Directors of the American Board of Trial Advocates to membership in the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) and the El Paso Chapter of ABOTA. The purpose of this association is to promote the ethical and technical standards of practice in the field of advocacy. Mr. Moss, who is licensed in both Texas and New Mexico, works in the areas of complex civil litigation, including malpractice defense, personal injury, bad faith, commercial litigation, and labor and employment.
