EL PASO, TX – Attorney Mitchell Moss, a ScottHulse shareholder and chair of the Firm’s litigation section, has been admitted as a member of the International Association of Defense Counsel (IADC), an invitation-only organization comprised of approximately 2,500 corporate and insurance defense attorneys and insurance executives, who have been reviewed by their peers.
Created in 1920, IADC takes a leadership role in many areas of legal reform and professional development. Members represent the largest corporations around the world, including the majority of companies listed in the FORTUNE 500.
An experienced litigator and trial lawyer, Mr. Moss is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and is licensed to practice law in both Texas and New Mexico. He is also a certified mediator and arbitrator. Mr. Moss has the highest Martindale-Hubbell rating of AV Preeminent.
Mr. Moss has tried more than 100 jury cases and resolved hundreds of cases without going to trial. He advises and represents individuals and corporations in matters related to commercial disputes; labor and employment; medical, legal and professional malpractice; catastrophic injury; education law; and all aspects of insurance defense.
