EL PASO, TX – M. Mitchell Moss, attorney and shareholder at the ScottHulse law firm, received the Texas Association of Defense Counsel (TADC) President’s Award, and was elected as the TADC vice-president for West Texas.
“The TADC President’s Award seeks to recognize meritorious service by a member or members of the Association whose leadership and continuing dedication during the year has resulted in raising standards and achieving goals representing the ideals and objectives of the TADC,” said V. Elizabeth Ledbetter, TADC president.
TADC is an organization of Texas civil trial attorneys in private practice whose purpose is to bring together by association, communication and organization, Texas lawyers who devote a substantial amount of their professional time to the handling of litigated civil cases.
Mr. Moss, who is licensed in both Texas and New Mexico and co-chairs the ScottHulse litigation practice group, represents and advises clients on matters related to commercial litigation, labor and employment law, and insurance defense. Mr. Moss is board certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. A graduate of Texas Tech University School of Law, he is a frequent guest speaker at business and employment law-related seminars.
