Business and International Transactions Attorney

ScottHulse PC, is a well-established, AV Preeminent Rated commercial law firm headquartered in El Paso, Texas with offices in San Antonio, Texas and Las Cruces, New Mexico, and is seeking an Attorney for our Business and International Transaction section with at least 5-6 years of experience.

The successful candidate will have a portable book of business, excellent written and oral communication skills, and a willingness to work in a team environment. The candidate should also have experience in international and cross-border business; export control and import control; mergers and acquisitions; immigration; corporate and securities; aerospace, defense and government contracts; manufacturing; and real estate.

Requirements:
Portable Book of Business
At least 5-6 years business and international transactional experience
Outstanding academic credentials and excellent written and oral communication skills
Must be licensed in Texas
Able to read and write both English and Spanish
