A native El Pasoan, Cole Gearhart attended Texas A&M University, where he earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance in 2006.
Mr. Gearhart earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree at the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in 2009. While at Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, he was a member of the Real Estate Law Association, Corporate Law Association, and the Dallas chapter of Young Professionals in Finance, as well as an Articles Editor for The International Lawyer and Law and Business Review of the Americas.
Mr. Gearhart was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2009. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the El Paso Bar Association, and the El Paso Young Lawyers Association, and he currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the El Paso Young Lawyers Association and of the Yucca Council (the El Paso area Boy Scouts council). Mr. Gearhart's practice encompasses Real Estate, Lending and Financial Institutions, and Corporate and Securities Law.
