Ryan Hoover Joins ScottHulse as a Shareholder

EL PASO, TX – Ryan Hoover, an attorney licensed in Texas and New Mexico, has joined ScottHulse PC as a shareholder. With the addition of Mr. Hoover, one in every four ScottHulse attorneys is licensed in both Texas and New Mexico.

Mr. Hoover advises and represents physicians, physician groups, ambulatory surgery centers, and non-profit health organizations in healthcare regulatory matters and corporate and administrative matters. Additionally, he advises both businesses and individuals on various legal matters, including real estate, mergers and acquisitions, corporate law and estate planning.

A fourth-generation El Pasoan, Mr. Hoover is a member of the State Bar of Texas, State Bar of Texas Health Law Section, American Health Lawyers Association, El Paso Bar Association, El Paso Probate Bar Association, State Bar of New Mexico, and American Bar Association. He received his law degree from California Western School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Colorado’s Leeds School of Business.
