 Licensed to practice law and serve clients in both Texas and New Mexico, Joe Balsiger's practice encompasses Corporate & Securities, Banking & Financial Services, and Real Estate.

Mr. Balsiger has represented clients on various corporate matters, including entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, and ongoing entity regulation. His securities work has focused on private placements under
Regulation D.

In the real estate area, Mr. Balsiger has represented clients on both commercial and residential transactions, including purchase/sale agreements, leases, and related matters. In banking and financial services, he has worked primarily on large commercial loans, but also has experience in the residential lending market and private lending.

Mr. Balsiger is a member of the American Bar Association and the El Paso Young Lawyers Association.

After graduating from Indiana University, where he was as a four-year member of the tennis team, Mr. Balsiger worked for two years with an El Paso real estate investment company.

Mr. Balsiger currently sits on the Cathedral High School Advisory Board.
