EL PASO, TX – Oscar M. Gonzalez v. Inman Trucking Inc. and James Perry Lassiter, Cause No. 3:16-CV-00006-PRM, United States District Court for the Western District of Texas – El Paso Division. ScottHulse’s representation of Inman Trucking, Inc. in this negligence case resulted in a victory for our client Inman Trucking after a 4-day trial in El Paso federal court. The case arose following an accident between a passenger vehicle and a tractor-trailer owned by Inman Trucking. Inman Trucking presented evidence that the accident was not its drivers fault, and that the traumatic brain injury claimed by Plaintiff was too attenuated to be caused by the accident. A seven-person jury returned a unanimous verdict in Inman Trucking’s favor. The ScottHulse team was led by shareholders Mitchell Moss and Priscilla Castillo with assistance from associate John Collins.
