Litigation Attorney

ScottHulse PC, a well-established, AV Preeminent Rated commercial law firm headquartered in El Paso, Texas with offices in San Antonio, Texas and Las Cruces, New Mexico, is seeking an attorney for our Litigation section. Candidates should have at least 5-6 years of experience.


The successful candidate will have a portable book of business, excellent written and oral communication skills, and a willingness to work in a team environment. The candidate should also have experience in legal research, analysis, and drafting of complex memoranda as well as pleadings, motions, and briefs. Ideal candidates should also have strong litigation skills, including trial and pre-trial experience, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, taking and defending depositions, and counseling clients on matters related to litigation.

Required Skills:
Portable Book of Business
At least 5-6 years of litigation experience
Outstanding academic credentials and excellent written and oral communication skills
Must be licensed in Texas
Able to read and write both English and Spanish
