This is a unique opportunity to work closely with the head of the firm’s Real Estate practice group, who is also chairman of the Firm’s board of directors. The associate who is hired for this position will be challenged and rewarded by an accelerated track, which provides an opportunity to grow quickly. The successful candidate will have experience with basic conveyances, title insurance negotiations, document drafting and negotiations, and due diligence coordination and analysis, as well as all aspects of routine real estate finance. The ability to work well with team members and sophisticated clients is of paramount importance.

Outstanding academic credentials and excellent written and oral communication skills required. Texas Bar required; New Mexico Bar, a plus. Bilingual English/Spanish skills and ties to El Paso are desirable.
