Zach Daw earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence, from Texas Tech University School of Law, where he was a member of Phi Delta Phi Honors Fraternity and served as President of the Red Raider Bar Association and Vice President of the Longhorn Bar Association.
Prior to joining ScottHulse, Mr. Daw was a mediator at the Office of Dispute Resolution in Lubbock, Texas where he mediated landlord/tenant disputes, DA referrals, family matters, juvenile infractions, and pre-plea agreements.
Additionally, Mr. Daw interned during the 83rd legislative session at the office of House Representative Kenneth Sheets where he reviewed bills and responded to constituent concerns and requests.
Mr. Daw’s professional background includes real estate, private lending, sales, and digital marketing. He looks forward to servicing clients with their personalized estate planning, wills, trusts, probate, asset protection, and small business planning needs.
As a fourth generation El Pasoan, Mr. Daw attended Franklin High School. After high school, he received his Bachelor of Liberal Arts degree in Economics while completing the Business Economics Options Program as well as the Undergraduate Real Estate Certificate Program from the University of Texas at Austin.
