Eric Bauer is an associate attorney at ScottHulse whose practice focuses on real estate, banking, lending, and financial institutions.
Mr. Bauer earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Iowa, where he was a scholarship recipient and a Board Member for the LGBTQ Law Student Association – OutLaws. While in law school, Mr. Bauer was an intern for the Iowa Civil Rights Commission and clerked for the El Paso County Attorney’s Office.
Mr. Bauer was born in Hildesheim, Germany, but was raised in El Paso, where he attended Coronado High School. Mr. Bauer earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in English and American Literature, with a minor in Legal Reasoning, from the University of Texas at El Paso and was a recipient of the U.S. District Judge Phillip R. Martinez Endowment Scholarship. He is also a graduate of the UTEP Law School Preparation Institute. During his undergraduate studies, he interned for the El Paso County Attorney’s Office and was a legal assistant at Tanzy & Borrego Law Offices.
