Jesse S. White’s legal experience includes both litigation and transactional work in a variety of areas. He has experience in complex business and commercial civil litigation cases involving construction defects, products liability, aviation cases involving catastrophic losses, and premises liability.

Additionally, Jesse has extensive experience in a wide range of family law matters, including high asset divorces, child custody disputes, complex property divisions, asset tracing, pre and post-marital agreements, and adoptions. Jesse handles all types and sizes of divorce cases, from simple uncontested divorces to contested divorces involving multi-million dollar estates.

Jesse has consistently been on the list of Best Lawyers in San Antonio by SA Scene magazine for Family Law and Collaborative Law.

Jesse is a strong advocate for collaborative law and alternative dispute resolution, especially in situations involving child custody disputes. However, when settlement is no longer an option, Jesse is a proven litigator with extensive bench and jury trial experience and will effectively represent his clients’ interests at trial. He has successfully represented thousands of clients over the past 20 years in the San Antonio, Dallas, and Houston areas.

Jesse’s transactional experience includes handling the trust and estate planning needs of clients. He has helped business owners, entrepreneurs, executives, professionals, and other individuals and their families prepare for retirement and other scenarios involving wealth preservation and tax minimization. His experience in this regard includes preparing wills, trust agreements, powers of attorney, and marital property agreements.
