Richard G. Munzinger Appointed to the Texas Supreme Court Advisory Committee

Richard Munzinger, a shareholder with the ScottHulse law firm, was recently re-appointed to a three-year term on the Texas Supreme Court Advisory Committee. The Committee advises the Supreme Court on court rules and procedures and makes recommendations for change. The Committee is comprised of 55 lawyers and judges from around the State appointed by the Supreme Court.

Munzinger practices in ScottHulse’s antitrust, commercial litigation, health care/hospitals and media and mass communication sections. Additionally, he is a member of the Texas Pattern Jury Charge Committee (Business, Commercial).
