EL PASO, TX – ScottHulse law firm has expanded its Corporate Business Law section in El Paso with the addition of attorney Matthew T. Armendariz.

A third-generation El Pasoan, Mr. Armendariz assists ScottHulse clients with corporate and securities legal issues, and banking, lending and financial matters. His practice focuses on commercial lending and general business transactions in a variety of industries.

Prior to joining ScottHulse, Mr. Armendariz was a finance attorney in the Dallas office of a large international law firm. He earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence (J.D.) degree from Stanford Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from Yale University.
