Zach Daw is a fourth generation El Pasoan and is a licensed attorney in Texas and New Mexico.

Mr. Daw works with clients to determine which estate planning documents will best meet their individual needs, including, wills, living trusts, testamentary trusts, powers of attorney, and other incapacity planning documents.

Additionally, Mr. Daw advises clients on probate matters, the administration of trusts and estates, and various matters related to business succession planning, contracts, and transfers of ownership.

Mr. Daw regularly forms various business entities in Texas and New Mexico, including limited liability companies, corporations, and limited partnerships.
In the real estate area, Mr. Daw has handled the sale and purchase of numerous commercial projects ranging from multi-storied office buildings, retail centers, and warehouses. He also has experience in commercial leasing, including ground leases, warehouse leases, and retail leases.

Prior to joining ScottHulse, Mr. Daw was a mediator at the Office of Dispute Resolution in Lubbock, Texas, where he mediated landlord/tenant disputes, family law matters, and referrals from the Lubbock District Attorney’s Office for juvenile infractions and pre-plea agreements.

Mr. Daw graduated from Franklin High School and received his Bachelor of Liberal Arts degree in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin. Mr. Daw earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence, from Texas Tech University School of Law, where he graduated Cum Laude.
