Victoria Espinoza’s experience includes appellate law in both civil and criminal matters. Prior to joining ScottHulse, Ms. Espinoza served as a staff attorney to the Honorable Chief Justice Yvonne T. Rodriguez of the Court of Appeals Eighth Judicial District of Texas.

Ms. Espinoza earned her Doctor of Jurisprudence from Michigan State University in 2020, where she was a Trustee Scholarship Award recipient, President of the Latino Law Society, Vice President of the Jewish Law Society, Diversity and Equity Services Liaison of the Student Bar Association, a clinician of the MSU Immigration Law Clinic, and recipient of the 2020 New York University National Immigration Law Competition Best Brief Award.

Ms. Espinoza attended the University of Texas at El Paso where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Organizational and Corporate Communication with a minor in Legal Reasoning. She is also a proud alumna of the UTEP Law School Preparation Institute.
